The apostille of the certificate is necessary for official confirmation abroad of the education obtained in Ukraine.

A certificate and/or an apostille for a certificate are provided to foreign institutions of various types, most often for:

• recognition of the certificate of education in the territory of other countries
• continuing or studying abroad
• in some cases, for employment

Most often, an apostille is applied to the translation of the certificate of education and to the annexes to the certificate.
